Handball under-18 group which includes Sameer Mohamed, Mohitpreet Singh, Robandeep Singh, and Rohit Kumar of Mata Gujri Senior Secondary School played in Punjab State Games 2019 which held at Ferozepur and won Silver Medal. It is pertinent to mention here that the sports department has devoted these games to 550th years to Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Prakash Utsav and Healthy society. School Director S. Bhupinder Singh, President Mrs. Ravinder Kaur, Principal Mrs. Tejinder Kaur Walia, Vice Principal Mrs. Archana congratulated the winning players and said that this is the result of the hard work of coach Latif Mohamed and the students.
